Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Designer Intern, based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with opportunities for remote work. The Creative Designer Intern will assist in creating visually compelling and innovative designs for branding, web, and graphic projects. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing creative solutions, collaborating with different teams to deliver design projects on time, and enhancing brand presence through effective visual content. The intern will gain invaluable hands-on experience, contributing to the growth of diverse SME brands through innovative design practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design comprehensive brand identity systems including logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines
- Create print collateral such as brochures, business cards, banners, and promotional materials
- Develop eye-catching social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints and marketing materials
- Maintain organized design files and brand asset libraries for multiple clients
- Deliver projects on time while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Present design concepts effectively and incorporate client feedback professionally
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Design, showcasing the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the use of design tools and software
- Experience or knowledge in Branding and creating cohesive visual brand identities
- Basic understanding and aptitude for visual design
- A results-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creative expression
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior related projects or portfolio showcasing design capabilities (preferred)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
