Requirements for appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field may be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in partnership/liaison/NGO coordination work or in stakeholder management roles; at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Evidence of having managed partnerships or donor-funded programmes; resource mobilization experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with donor processes, grant agreements, monitoring & evaluation frameworks is desirable.
- Kenyan citizen
