Country Sales and Marketing Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
- Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, and develop plans to capture them.
- Develop and maintain promotional activities and strategies.
- Develop and manage customer experience initiatives.
- Create and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Recruit and have sales team of minimum 7 sales representative and a minimum sales target of 10.5M.
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of sales and marketing department.
- Be able to micromanage the sales representatives in terms of reporting time, live location, their facilitation, outlet visitation, sales per day etc.
- Be able to communicate on the groups, respond to all the inquiries made by the directors, sales representatives and any other staff in a timely manner.
- To be able to do research and analyze the market and come up with proper region territories, route plans and marketing strategies to ensure the areas are covered extensively.
