Our client is a leading provider of eco-friendly water solutions seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive who will be in charged with identifying, cultivating, and securing new business ventures with both corporate and non-corporate clientele. This position requires a strategically-minded, highly driven, and results-oriented professional who demonstrates unwavering career commitment and possesses intrinsic motivation to consistently deliver their best, even in the absence of direct oversight. It transcends mere presence, demanding purposeful engagement and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target achievement (50%): Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Lead Generation (15%): Research, identify, and qualify new business leads to build and maintain a robust sales prospect database that can be used to accurately forecast target achievement.
- Relationship Building (15%): Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision- makers, stakeholders, and referrers.
- Client Engagement (15%): Deliver engaging sales presentations, address client concerns, negotiate, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Teamwork (5%): Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and service delivery, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales is a MUST,
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and top performance, with a strong grasp of B2B sales processes and methodologies in selling complex services, solutions, or technical products.
- Innovative Problem-Solver – An entrepreneurial and intellectually curious individual who excels at introducing new solutions. Demonstrates a “get it done” attitude, proactively solving problems, and tenaciously overcoming obstacles.

- Strategic Decision-Maker – Methodical, results-oriented and capable of making timely, data-driven decisions while managing multiple priorities.
