Course required:
- Bachelor of Science (Environmental Chemistry)
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and international safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
- Promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, incidents, and training activities.
- Collaborate with management and workers to implement effective safety solutions.
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and first-aid readiness.
- Develop ERT team for the factory & train them regularly
- Conducting fire fight training for factory.
- Regular inspection on violations of health & safety,
- Develop & implementation of safety culture inside the factory.
Academic Qualifications/Professional Skills/Expertise:
- Computer & Presentation skill
- Handling customer & Good communication
- Knowedge of legal complaince requirements
- Leadership qualities
