Lead the full capital formation strategy for QLOUD — from investor origination to structuring and closing — establishing the financial foundation required to deploy hyperscale AI infrastructure across the region.

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies across equity, quasi-equity, debt, project finance, and blended finance.
  • Originate and manage relationships with VC/PE funds, infrastructure funds, DFIs, sovereign funds, family offices, banks, and institutional investors.
  • Negotiate terms, capital instruments, covenants, risk allocations, and governance rights.
  • Build and oversee financial models, scenario analyses, tenancy ramp profiles, capex/opex frameworks, IRR/MOIC sensitivities, and PPA-linked energy structures.
  • Craft investment materials including IMs, pitch decks, investor memos, and data-room documentation.
  • Support offtake strategies through enterprise, cloud, hyperscaler, and government tenancy engagements.
  • Coordinate advisors across legal, tax, technical, EPC, and energy domains.
  • Establish investor reporting, disclosure protocols, milestone dashboards, and performance governance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, or capital markets.
  • Proven track record of capital raised (>$5M cumulative) with structured transaction exposure.
  • Demonstrated competence in negotiating complex multi-party deals.
  • Strong network relationships across institutional capital.
  • Professional fluency in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.

Preferred Exposure

  • Data-center operations, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, renewable energy PPAs, industrial real estate, or hyperscaler tenancy frameworks.
  • Due diligence processes for DFIs, sovereign funds, and institutional LPs.
  • Familiarity with AI/HPC workload economics and uptime standards.
