Our client is a well-established multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations (Forex, Nairobi Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
 - Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms).
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction.
 - Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner.
 - Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
 - Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.
 - Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry.
 
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.
 - Native English (written and verbal).
 - Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets.
 - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions
 - High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information.
 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
 - Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
 
Will be considered as a plus:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
 - Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
