Job Purpose
- Ensure the coordination of Insurance/Corporate daily operations, including the generation of payable claims and the implementation of Insurance contractual obligations.
- Oversee timely verification, accurate and complete claiming of invoices, reconciliation of paid claims, and proper allocation, all in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Training in health insurance claims management, medical billing, or healthcare financing is desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in claims processing, medical billing and account reconciliations preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Experience working with insurance providers (SHA, private insurers) and understanding their claims processes.
- Background in reconciliations, credit control, or revenue cycle management is highly preferred.
