A client is seeking to hire a Chinese Chef with 1–3 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (main courses, sides, and sauces).
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Train and guide kitchen assistants where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Knowledge of a wide range of Chinese cuisines and cooking techniques (stir-fry, steaming, dumpling preparation, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
