Jocham Hospital in Mombasa is looking to hire a Chief Administrator – Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to facilitate provision of quality medical care in the Hospital.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, Hospital Administration, Hospital Planning, Public Health will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a senior management role in a hospital.
Competencies
- Person of high integrity and confidentiality
- Knowledge of Strategic planning and business management skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry and concepts
- Financial Management and budgeting knowledge.
- Knowledge of industry compliance requirements and quality assurance concepts.
