Skills and Competencies
- Mastery of regional Chinese cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan)
- Ability to Create authentic and innovative dishes.
- Ability to Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff.
- Ability to Organize kitchen workflow to meet deadlines.
- 5.At College /least form four level education with one year experience in the same role

KEY ROLES:
- Menu Planning and Creation: Develop and create menus that are balanced and creative
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Food Preparation and Cooking : Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining consistent standards of taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies and make orders as needed and maintain quality and freshness. Ensure proper storage of all items to avoid spoilage.
- Quality Control: Conduct taste tests and quality checks to maintain consistency
- Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance: Ensure the kitchen complies with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation. Conduct regular checks on the kitchen cleanliness.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by your supervisor or team leader

- Right menu and expected standards of the food
- Clearing allocated work
- Zero complaints by Chinese Managers
- Zero spillage on floors
- High hygiene in the kitchen area.
