The Channel Partner Manager – East Africa will drive Neon AI’s go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Tanzania. The role involves developing strong partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and enterprise clients to promote AI, BI, and ERP-driven digital transformation solutions.

This position is ideal for professionals with prior experience in IT software, BI, ERP, or AI technology sales, and those with established industry relationships in the region.

Channel & Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage regional channel partners, resellers, and consulting firms.
  • Build partner enablement programs to strengthen Neon AI’s market presence in East Africa.
  • Conduct joint marketing, lead generation, and co-selling activities with partners.

Enterprise Sales & Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key clients across Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and Government sectors.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for BI, AI, and ERP platforms.
  • Lead RFP responses, proposals, and account strategy planning with partners.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and partner activation targets.
  • Work with Neon AI’s UK leadership on regional pricing, partnerships, and GTM strategy.
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competition, and product enhancements.
  • Who We’re Looking For (Multiple Roles)

Experience:

  • 5–20 years of experience in IT Technology Sales, BI/Analytics, or ERP Sales.
  • Proven background in partner management, solution sales, or enterprise account leadership.
  • Existing network across East African private and public sector organizations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle C-suite engagements and consultative solution selling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and capable of independent business development.
  • Familiarity with AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions is a strong plus.
