Job Purpose:
To find new customers, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and help grow the company’s car rental business.
Key Duties:
- Look for new clients — individuals, companies, and travel agencies — who need car hire services.
- Call, email, or visit potential customers to explain the company’s car rental options.
- Help customers choose the right car and service (self-drive, chauffeur, airport transfer, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
- Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
- Keep records of bookings, payments, and client details.
- Work with the marketing team to promote the company’s services.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each rental.

Skills Needed:
- Good communication and people skills
- Confidence in selling and negotiation
- Knowledge of cars and car rental services
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
