Responsible for formulating sales policies, managing the price system, optimizing business processes, and developing and maintaining relevant systems for photovoltaic products in the Kenyan region. Through cross – departmental collaboration, ensure the efficient operation of global business.

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in the design, drafting, and release of photovoltaic sales policies in various regions of Kenya. Develop competitive sales policies by integrating market trends and company strategies.
  • Manage the Kenyan agreement framework and contract templates to ensure they meet the requirements of the company’s standardized and compliant global operation framework.
  • Establish and improve the dynamic Kenyan price system. Consider factors such as product costs, market demand, and competitive situations to formulate reasonable product sales prices, including standard prices and price strategies for non – standard products. Monitor the price implementation to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the price system.

Centralized Control

Design the end – to – end order delivery process, clarify the responsible parties, operation specifications, and time nodes of each link, improve the efficiency and accuracy of order delivery, and ensure the smooth progress of global business.

Systems and Processes

  • Lead the establishment of business – related processes, optimize and improve existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Be responsible for confirming and outputting the development requirements of online business system modules, as well as related maintenance work. Track the system launch progress to ensure that the system functions meet business needs. Conduct publicity and training for overseas regions in a timely manner to promote the effective application of the system.

Business Empowerment

  • Compile operation guidelines or manuals for business service positions in Kenya.
  • Organize relevant training for the business service module in Kenya to improve the business capabilities and professional qualities of the Kenyan team.

Other Tasks

  • Timely handle various tasks assigned by superiors, strengthen cross – functional management and cross – departmental communication and coordination, integrate resources, and ensure the efficient progress of work.
  • Statistically analyze various business data, collect common problems and solution cases in the Kenyan region, form periodic reports, and provide data support and reference for company decision – making.
  • A bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in business management, marketing, international trade, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the business field. Experience in the photovoltaic industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in formulating sales policies, familiar with price system management methods, and able to adjust price strategies in a timely manner according to market changes.
  • Have excellent process design capabilities, be able to design efficient end – to – end order delivery processes, and optimize existing business processes.
  • Familiar with the system development process, be able to accurately confirm the development requirements of business system modules, and follow up on the system launch progress.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and be able to use these software for data analysis and report preparation.
