As part of its expansion strategy, the firm is seeking a high-performing Business Manager – Property Sales to drive real estate sales operations, grow revenue, and manage end-to-end sales processes.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong experience in property selling, market growth, and customer relationship management within the real estate industry.

Property Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and targets for property sales, including residential, commercial, and land projects.
  • Identify new real estate markets, high-demand locations, and emerging opportunities for sales growth.
  • Lead the rollout of new property developments and sales campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing, product positioning, and sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present property sales performance reports to management.

Sales Operations & Financial Performance

  • Oversee end-to-end property selling processes, from lead generation and prospecting to closure.
  • Manage sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance tracking for property sales.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of property documentation, offers, sale agreements, and client onboarding.
  • Support the implementation of KPIs and performance metrics for sales teams.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to ensure consistent revenue flow.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, realtors, brokers, and property partners.
  • Oversee client engagement throughout the buying process, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues, contract queries, or escalations related to property sales.
  • Implement systems for collecting client feedback and improving the sales journey.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Work with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials for property listings.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open days, roadshows, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Support digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive property demand.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and motivate the property sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of sales executives.
  • Identify talent development needs and recommend relevant training.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the team.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property selling, real estate sales management, or real estate business development.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and closing high-value property transactions.
  • Experience managing teams and sales operations within a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, pricing strategies, buyer behavior, and investment trends.
