Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies that align with company goals, focusing on the real estate sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Address and resolve customer issues or escalations promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and emerging opportunities in real estate.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Support the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to measure business development success.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic marketing, with a focus on real estate.
- Strong understanding of market trends, financial statements, and business analytics.
Key Competencies
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business development software (e.g., CRM tools).
