Our client is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee branch operations across multiple retail outlets in Nairobi and Naivasha. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store performance, sales target achievement, and effective team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support branch staff (sales, beauty, and cyber teams).
- Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure adherence to customer service and operational standards.
- Coordinate between branches and the head office.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in retail, beauty, or cyber services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle branch operations effectively.
