Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the branch strategy and sales plans to achieve the branch budget.

- Leadership and people management.
- Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to compliance.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a financial institution with 2 years experience in a leadership position.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma or a Degree in a business related field.
- Demonstrate high level of integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
