In this role, you will:
- Identify and engage new business clients across diverse industries.
- Present HR consulting services and software platforms that make work smarter and people happier.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Achieve growth targets while nurturing long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
- We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenge, connection, and continuous learning. Someone who understands that selling isn’t just about numbers it’s about listening, understanding, and creating value.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing B2B sales preferably selling services.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping organizations and people grow.
