Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Nairobi. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as implementing workflow optimization solutions, assisting in the development of AI-powered systems, managing data-driven processes, and collaborating with clients to understand and meet their automation needs. The Associate will also analyze existing processes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
- Skills in data-driven process management and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Experience in sectors like hospitality, retail, or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
