Taqwa SACCO, Kenya’s first Sharia-compliant financial institution (est. 1998), invites applications from qualified and proactive individuals for the position of Assistant ICT Officer.
Job Purpose:
Support the SACCO’s ICT infrastructure through technical assistance, system maintenance, and data security to ensure smooth and reliable ICT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain ICT hardware and software.
- Monitor and support network security measures.
- Assist in database management and ensure data accuracy.
- Support ICT policy implementation and user training.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior ICT support experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
