Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:
- Coordinating implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks across departments;
- Developing county performance indicators and targets;
- Supervising data analysis and report generation;
- Facilitating capacity building in Monitoring and Evaluation functions;
- Preparing county Monitoring and Evaluation reports for management and stakeholders; and
- Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Served for at least three (3) years as Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Job Group N) or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field;
- Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Planning, Economics, or related field;
- Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, or Data Analysis; and
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical competence.
