Overview
Anti-Doping Educators are responsible for raising awareness and educating athletes, coaches, and sports personnel about the dangers of doping, ethical conduct in sports, and compliance with anti-doping regulations. The role is central to ADAK’s mission of prevention through education and information dissemination.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Anti-Doping Educator will be responsible for:
- Planning and conducting anti-doping education and awareness programs across various sports disciplines.
- Delivering presentations, workshops, and training sessions to athletes, coaches, and sports administrators.
- Developing and distributing educational materials in line with ADAK’s education strategy.
- Supporting the development of content for e-learning platforms and outreach campaigns.
- Liaising with sports federations, schools, and community organizations to enhance outreach efforts.
- Assisting in the monitoring and evaluation of education program effectiveness.
- Promoting anti-doping values, ethics, and the spirit of fair play in sports.
- Supporting communication and advocacy initiatives to promote clean sport culture.
- Preparing reports on education activities and maintaining updated program databases.

- Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
- Self-motivation and willingness to travel across different counties for outreach activities.

- Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) – Tax Compliance Certificate
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) – Loan Repayment Compliance Certificate
- Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) – Certificate of Good Conduct
- Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) – Integrity Clearance Certificate
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) – Credit Status Report
