  • We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Sales Executive to manage high-value clients and drive revenue growth across Incentive Travel Ltd and PS Audio Visual. The ideal candidate has experience converting leads into long-term business relationships and consistently meeting monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and close deals that meet profit targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Track all leads, proposals, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in service-based sales (preferably travel, events, or hospitality).
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and basic digital collaboration platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Bonus Experience

  • Corporate travel or MICE industry background.
  • Event or conference sales experience.
  • Understanding of client proposal and quotation processes.
