Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress at Jumba Ruins Monsoon, located in Mombasa County, Kenya.
- The Waitress will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Additional daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, communicating with kitchen and bar staff, and addressing guest inquiries or special requests.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service processes
- A basic understanding of cooking and food presentation is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
