Key Responsibilities:

Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation including pressure, flow, temperature, and gas analyzers
Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments, PLCs and control systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation equipment
Assist in commissioning and testing of new equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Process Control, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
At least 3 years of practical experience in instrumentation within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Knowledge of industrial gases or chemical processing is an added advantage

Technical Skills:

Calibration and maintenance of sensors and transmitters (pressure, flow, temperature)
PLC and SCADA systems troubleshooting
Understanding of control loops and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
Use of diagnostic tools and calibration equipment
Electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
