What you will do:
- Handling logbook transfer task. (https://erp.mogo.ke/tasks/logbook-transfer)
- Calling the clients to transfer/discharge the logbooks and collect the logbooks at the branches.
- Submit retrieval request through the task, retrieve the logbooks from the store.
- Ensure all the transferred logbooks are dispatched to the branches for collections by the clients.
- Ensure all the dispatched logbooks are uploaded on the app by the branches and the respective clients are contacted to pick the logbooks.
- Ensure branches use the app to give away the logbooks and the clients accept the transfer process.
- Ensure all walk-in clients are served on time.
- Handle complaints for walk in customers related to logbooks and escalate to the relevant department if no solution.
- Retrieve the logbooks for walk-in customers.
- Ensure client’s sign the logbook collection form and accept transfer before handing over the logbook.
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
