Job Purpose
To provide temporary support in HR and Administration. The reliever will ensure smooth continuity of operations, accurate documentation, communication, and timely coordination across departments.
Admin Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining proper records.
- Creating, distributing, and filing job cards for ongoing works
- Tracking job progress and updating relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing and sending quotations as guided
- Assisting in purchasing materials, preparing LPOs, and following up with suppliers.
- Drafting, sending, and responding to official emails.
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and following up on work-related issues.
- Preparing contract documents and ensuring files are updated.
HR & Employee Support
- Conducting new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Receiving leave requests, updating leave records, and filing.
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Issuing contracts and tracking those due for renewal.
- Managing Health & Safety (PPE) by issuing PPEs, maintaining PPE registers, and ensuring compliance.
- Handling accidents and incidents reports
- Tracking attendance by monitoring daily attendance, updating registers, for workshop and sites.
