The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling to corporate marketing departments or within the marketing agency ecosystem. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who understands how brands and their agencies make media buying decisions. You will be responsible for positioning our innovative platform as a must-have tool for modern, measurable outdoor advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Proactively target and engage key decision-makers within corporate marketing departments and leading marketing agencies.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Build strong, consultative relationships by understanding client marketing objectives and crafting tailored advertising solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing, utilising our CRM for accuracy and forecasting.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations that effectively communicate the unique value of our geo-targeted, digital taxi network to marketers familiar with both traditional and digital media.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a key source of feedback on the needs of the marketing community, informing our product and strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the marketing, media, or advertising industry.
- Mandatory: A proven track record of selling marketing, media, or advertising solutions to corporate marketing departments and/or marketing agencies.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- An existing network of contacts within the Kenyan marketing and agency scene is a significant advantage.
