Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including distributors, bars, restaurants, and retail outlets.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading terms within company guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Market Development & Coverage

  • Ensure product availability and visibility across all target outlets.
  • Implement and monitor route plans to ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Organize trade promotions, product tastings, and brand activations in collaboration with marketing teams.

Distribution & Merchandising

  • Work closely with distribution partners to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure all products are properly displayed and branded according to company merchandising standards.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and market intelligence reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies related to alcohol sales and promotion.
  • Provide feedback to management on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in alcohol sales, beverage distribution, or FMCG sales
  • Strong understanding of the Kenya (Maua, Embu) or Nairobi market dynamics
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
