Horn Plast, a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality irrigation and piping solutions in Kenya, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Branch Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead operations at our Athi River branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance
- Drive sales growth and market expansion for HDPE and PPR pipes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and project clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility
- Manage stock, reporting, and branch targets
- Coordinate with the head office on strategy, logistics, and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the sale and marketing of irrigation products, especially HDPE and PPR pipes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of hardware, construction, or agricultural irrigation markets is an added advantage
