Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Impact Scaling Associate (Business Development) located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new growth opportunities. The associate will be responsible for lead generation, preparing impactful presentations, and effectively communicating our vision and services to potential partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create compelling Presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research to identify opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and articulate ideas clearly
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify growth avenues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business development or a similar role will be an added advantage
