Description:

Develop and maintain network with consultant, contractors, and customers
Scouting of new projects and follow up of existing projects in the projects database
Performs site surveys and assists the customer with design solutions
Communicate and engage effectively with multiple internal groups and external vendors at all stages of a project
Ensure project progress is recorded stage wise so invoicing and collection is up to date
Liaise with relevant department to ensure goods are supplied to projects in a timely manner
To establish and maintain good rapport with applicators & site project managers

Requirements:

Must have previous experience working in construction-based project sales of at least 5 years
Must have a university degree in business administration or equivalent
Strong track record of accomplishments in the Sales field
Good interpersonal & communication skills
