SLO Industrial Projects and Consulting is expanding its reach in Kenya and is seeking a highly experienced Sales & Market Development Manager with deep roots in the Kenyan alcohol industry (spirits, liqueurs, RTDs – not wine or beer).
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with alcohol distributors across Kenya
- Lead contract negotiations and partner onboarding
- Use your market expertise to guide strategy and product positioning
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan alcohol regulations and standards
- Support the development of marketing initiatives to grow brand visibility and demandWhat
You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in the Kenyan alcohol industry (excluding wine and beer)
- Background working with top alcohol companies in Kenya
- Strong distribution network and market insight – mainly with distributors
- Proven success in sales, partnerships, and market development
- Solid understanding of Kenyan regulatory and commercial landscape
