Intelli-Wealth is looking for a Lead Curriculum Expert & Master Trainer to lead Training of Trainers (TOT) for the NYOTA Project. You will ensure curriculum fidelity, coach county trainers, and drive high-quality, consistent delivery to youth beneficiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead county-based TOT sessions and model teaching demonstrations
- Mentor, coach and provide technical support to trainers
- Standardize curriculum delivery across counties and conduct quality checks
- Support M&E to track capacity gaps and learning outcomes
- Produce short technical briefs on training progress and insights
- Ensure safeguarding principles are upheld
Curriculum areas
- Financial planning (budgeting, saving, investing)
- Entrepreneurship & business start-up
- Business operations, finance, marketing, HR
- Youth employability & workplace conduct
- Digital literacy & cyber security
- Climate change: impacts, adaptation, mitigation
Minimum qualifications
- Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Development Studies, Education, Public Policy or related) — mandatory
- ·≥5 years in youth capacity building or enterprise development (national/county level)
- Proven TOT facilitation experience
- Strong knowledge of Kenya’s youth economic empowerment ecosystem
- Fluent in English & Kiswahili; willing to travel to counties
- Experience with donor-funded programs is a plus
