Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd plays a key role in marketing of its member’s milk which is processed and packed in form of pouch packed fresh milk, Tetra Classic fresh milk, lala, butter, ghee and cream under the flagship of “Fresha Dairy Products”.

The society invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following vacant position
Job Purpose
Overall management of the monitoring and control unit with the following key focus areas: – Fleet monitoring of both Githunguri Dairy Farmers’ Co-operative Society Ltd and Hired trucks, Loading, dispatch and delivery control across all destinations Route mapping/termination points
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the vehicles monitoring/control room and ensure full visibility of the fleet
- Monitor vehicle movement, routes, idle time, driver behavior, over speeding and unauthorized stops using GPS tracking systems
- Analyse fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies or issues and furnish daily, weekly and monthly fleet monitoring reports
- Reconciliation of loaded/dispatched and delivered stocks per vehicle
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Business-related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in vehicle tracking, fleet management, or control room operations.
- Familiarity with GPS-based tracking software and fleet monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
