About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales management – preferably within the paint manufacturing or related industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the link between sales, marketing, production, customer service, product development, and inventory management to ensure departmental alignment.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Support and guide the sales team in closing deals, resolving client issues, and achieving set targets.
- Oversee sales data analysis and performance reporting, including generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, areas of improvement, and new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture a sales-driven culture through training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Align departmental objectives with the company’s overall growth and brand strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales managerial role.
- Experience in the paint manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
