  • Location: 100% On-Site – Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya Schedule:
  • Training: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kenya Time)
  • Operations: Monday to Sunday, availability required between 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 weekday of your choice
  • Salary: 40,000 KES (Gross Pay) + 10,500 KES Transport Allowance

As a Support Specialist, you will handle incoming calls from consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors. Your role involves assisting with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders. This is a full-time position requiring proactive and professional communication across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email. You’ll be expected to switch between channels as needed to ensure seamless support.

  • 6–12 months of customer service experience
  • English proficiency: B2+ to C1 level
  • Enthusiastic about solving complex issues
  • Versatile and adaptable to daily operational needs
  • Experience in retention or sales is a plus
  • Stable and consistent employment history
  • Technically savvy is a MUST – confident using modern tools and platforms
