About the Role

Join our growing cloud and infrastructure team as an Entry-Level Support Engineer (L1). We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You’ll be the first line of support for our clients, monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring smooth operations across our platforms.

  • Monitor system alerts, dashboards, and service tickets.
  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, chat, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 support or engineering teams with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability and customer experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work on shifts (including weekends) as part of a 24/7 support operation.
