About the Role
Join our growing cloud and infrastructure team as an Entry-Level Support Engineer (L1). We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You’ll be the first line of support for our clients, monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring smooth operations across our platforms.
Key Duties
- Monitor system alerts, dashboards, and service tickets.
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, chat, or phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 support or engineering teams with detailed documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability and customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifts (including weekends) as part of a 24/7 support operation.
