Key responsibilities include:
- Full operational and financial management of multi-site berry production.
- Leading annual crop planning, CAPEX, and budget performance.
- Driving continuous improvement in agronomy, technology, and sustainability.
- Building trusted partnerships with key off-takers and export clients.
- Inspiring and developing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Degree (and ideally post-graduate qualification) in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agribusiness.
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in large-scale fresh produce or superfood production.
- Proven track record in managing P&L, forecasting, and delivering profitable growth.
- Technical understanding of modern berry agronomy and post-harvest handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
