Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting daily scheduled inspections of the building when you report to work and at the end of the day.
- Posting logs on ZOHO for any repair or work that should be done then follow up to ensure they are done on time to avoid backlogs.
- Coordinating and overseeing regular preventive maintenance, repairs and all aspects of trade i.e. mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and water-related issues.
- Following up with the users to see if the work satisfactorily meets their expectations.
- Ensuring that you accompany the service technician during their periodic maintenance i.e. lifts, fire extinguishers, and sign the worksheet to ascertain that the work has been done.
- Taking daily attendance of the cleaners. Oversee their daily cleaning activities in the building as per the shared schedule.
- Overseeing the general security of the buildings allocated.
- Opening the user’s office only when the cleaning/maintenance activities are taking place or when called upon.
- Acknowledging and resolving complaints concerning the building Management.
- Ensuring that during any event in your building, you check that all the materials required are in place.
- Ensuring that once the event is over you coordinate with the one in charge to wind up and everything to be taken to their respective places.
- Ensuring that all the materials received are returned in good condition, any form of damage should be reported immediately.
- Ensure the buildings are properly secure.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Degree or diploma in business management, project management from an accredited college or university.
- Project management exposure
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in project management/ Property management.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned duties.
- Basic Safety awareness.
