Human Resource Officer
- Delta Energy Systems Kenya is looking for a passionate and results-driven Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Manage employee relations, welfare, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate training, leave management, and payroll support.
- Ensure HR policies and labor laws are effectively implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 3–4 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
- CHRP certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Salary Range: KSh 40,000 – 50,000 (gross per month)
