Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive based in Nairobi County, Kenya. In this role, the executive will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services, develop digital content strategies, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance. The position includes generating leads and building client relationships to drive sales across various markets. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining the company’s online presence, monitoring social media platforms, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies
- Skills in market research, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in tools for campaign analysis, lead generation, and online performance metrics
- Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients, and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and relevant content management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of Apple products, IT-related solutions, or experience in a technology-focused sales/marketing role is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all digital platforms including Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Email Marketing.
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost traffic, leads, and sales across all product and service categories.
- Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.
- Demonstrate strong SEO expertise to improve search visibility and organic growth.
- Contribute to website development and maintenance to align with sales and marketing goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Use data mining to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet and aim to surpass set sales and marketing targets.
