Opportunity
- We are inviting retired leaders, senior professionals, and purpose-driven mentors to join the YORA Advisory & Mentorship Circle and help guide Africa’s next generation of innovators and changemakers.
- This is not a conventional “job” — it’s a legacy platform for leaders who want to give back, share knowledge, and shape sustainable futures.
- We’re assembling an intergenerational task force of:
- Diplomats, Executives & CEOs (public & private sector)
- Academics, Researchers, and Policy Experts
- Finance, Business, and Investment Strategists
- Creatives, Media, and Cultural Leaders
- Retired Professionals seeking to mentor youth & build legacy impact
Your Role
- Depending on expertise and interest, you may:
- Serve on the YORA Board or Advisory Council (governance, oversight, partnerships)
- Mentor emerging entrepreneurs and fellows in the NexGen Africa Program
- Support Tech Diplomacy Roundtables or Creative Business Labs
- Participate in event planning, policy dialogue, or resource mobilization
- Represent YORA in delegations, county collaborations, or international forums

Compensation
- This is primarily an impact and legacy-based engagement.
- Equity vesting, performance-based participation, and recognition awards are available for those in formal Board or Leadership roles.
