About the Job
Responsible for spearheading market expansion and increasing sales volume for engineering services and solutions. The individual will drive the sales pipeline, identify new clients, build strategic relationships, and develop tailored technical proposals while liaising between customer requirements and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for engineering-based solutions.
- Collaborate with solution engineers to design and customize offerings.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Develop business proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Manage strategic accounts and drive upselling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Telecommunication) or related technical field.
- Experience in technical sales within a consulting or managed services environment (added advantage).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or sales.
- Proven record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
