Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee customer relationship management within the Nairobi region, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nairobi market and customer base.
