Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Sales Manager/Agent, you will oversee sales initiatives for luxury real estate projects, including building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, managing client negotiations, and driving sales targets. You will also collaborate with marketing and development teams to create unique selling strategies and provide excellent client service to ensure satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales, property management, and client relationship management
- Strong sales negotiation, business development, and client presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic IT skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of luxury real estate markets and experience in the regional market is a strong asset
