Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mwatate for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist. The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory, coordinating operations management activities, and analyzing data to improve efficiency. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations and adherence to organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management
- Proficiency in Operations Management and coordinating logistics
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within supply chain operations is a plus
