As the Customer Experience & Office Operations Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations; ensuring smooth office management while creating an excellent experience for our customers and artisans.

If you’re organized, people-oriented, and love creating structure, this role is for you!

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, artisans, and visitors (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins).
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized and efficient office operations; cleanliness, supplies, and display setup.
  • Coordinate artisan pickups, customer drop-offs, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Keep accurate CRM records of customer and artisan interactions.
  • Support team meetings, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Customer Service, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in office admin or customer-facing roles (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRMs.
  • Professional, dependable, and passionate about African craftsmanship.
