Responsibilities
- Supervise HR staff and oversee daily departmental operations.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and company policy.
- Oversee performance management systems and appraisals. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (e.g., NSSF, NHIF, PAYE).
- Support disciplinary actions and prepare related
documentation.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making. Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably a Maasai or Kalenjin and must be a Male candidate.
- Minimum 1-2years of experience in a similar role.
- Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Requires flexibility to handle urgent HR issues as they arise.
